📱 A2P / TCPA Compliance Notice

By submitting your phone number through AccidentHelp.com, you expressly consent to receive communications via automated telephone dialing systems, pre-recorded messages, and application-to-person (A2P) SMS/MMS messaging from ClientMax LLC (d/b/a Accident Help) and from matched personal injury attorneys. This consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or service.

SMS Text Message Program

  • Program Name: Accident Help Case Inquiry
  • Message Types: Case status updates, attorney match notifications, follow-up reminders, and general inquiry responses
  • Frequency: Up to 4 messages per week from ClientMax LLC (d/b/a Accident Help). Matched attorneys may contact you separately.
  • Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel all SMS from ClientMax LLC (d/b/a Accident Help)
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information
  • Support: Email support@accidenthelp.co or call (888) 555-0100

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Phone Calls

By submitting your information, you consent to receive phone calls from ClientMax LLC (d/b/a Accident Help) and from matched attorneys, including calls made using automated dialing technology or pre-recorded messages. You may opt out of future calls by emailing support@accidenthelp.co or by stating your preference to the caller.

Email Communications

We may send you emails related to your inquiry, referral status, and general educational content about your legal options. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your active inquiry may still be sent.

Consent is Not Required

Your consent to receive automated calls, texts, or emails is not required as a condition of using ClientMax LLC's (d/b/a Accident Help) referral service or receiving a free attorney connection. You may request a referral by calling us directly at (888) 555-0100.

We may update these Communication Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the Last Updated date above.
